I like it when

My mind is more agile than my fear

My body is stronger than the relentless gravity

My heart pumps boldly despite the crushing hurts

My dreams are too large to be extinguished by regret

My peaceful quiet is louder than all the whispering doubts

My eyes see clearer than the darkness painted by lies

My laughter is freer than the chains of self-consciousness

My words reach higher than the stifling, smothering ignorance

When the me that I am is quite enough,
