Karine Jean-Pierre is Not a Good Press Secretary

I almost didn’t say anything, because she’s black like me

Since Karine Jean-Pierre was announced as the new WH Press Secretary, and now that she’s done her first press conference, I’ve watched the discussions going on about her with great interest. People seem to either love or hate the idea of her taking the job, with very little neutral ground. The reasons for those strong opinions are why I wanted to write this.
